Punctuality & Regularity:
|

|
a.
|
It is Compulsory for all the students to arrive at least ten minutes before the bell rings at 8.30 A.M.
|
||
|
b.
|
It is obligatory for the students to attend every class on the Time Table. Truancy of any nature shall not be tolerated.
|
||
|
c.
|
Taking a Half Day is impermissible. In extra-ordinary situations, a student may be allowed to leave early, only (a) at the discretion of the Principal, & (b) if the parents come personally to collect him/her.
|
||
|
2.
|
Cleanliness & Hygiene: All the students must take care of the following points:

||

a.
|
Adherence to the dress code of the school.
|
||
|
b.
|
Well maintained hair
|
||
|
c.
|
Short nails
|
||
|
d.
|
Well polished shoes with socks/stockings pulled up.
|
||
|
e.
|
Properly worn Tie & Belt
|
||

3.

Discipline: The observance of the rules of Discipline and good behavior shall be a condition essential to a student’s continuance in the school:

a.

Courtesy & politeness in daily dealings. Students are expected to

||
|
i.
|
Greet all their teachers & give them due respect at all times.
|
||
|
ii.
|
Be respectful towards their seniors & considerate towards juniors.
|
||
|
iii.
|
Be useful & helpful to their parent teachers & all elders.
|
||
|
iv.
|
Be polite to domestic help and others working for them at home and in school.
|
||
|
b.
|
Maintenance of Decorum:
|
||
|
i.
|
Silence must be maintained in the corridors at all times.
|
||
|
ii.
|
While moving from one room to another, perfect order must be maintained.
|
||
|
iii.
|
During the period of Work Experience / P.T./ Library etc. go to the respective Department promptly.
|
||
|
iv.
|
While making purchases from the school canteen, uniform/book shop, boarding a bus and whenever required, learn to queue up to wait for your turn.
|
||
|
v.
|
Purchases from the school shops/canteen depositing of fees at the bank, can be carried out only during the Recess.
|
||
|
vi.
|
Refrain from borrowing or lending of money and exchanging of articles.
|
||
|
vii.
|
Chewing bubble gum, spitting, defacing furniture, writing and marking on the walls are strictly prohibited.
|

4.
|
Responsibility: Each child is expected to take full responsibility to:

||
|
a.
|
Keep abreast of the class syllabus to perform satisfactorily in Class Tests and Exams.
|
||
|
b.
|
Get all the class and home assignments checked on time.
|
||
|
c.
|
Seeks the assistance and guidance of teachers whenever required.
|
||
|
d.
|
To take full care of school property. Those found guilty of damaging school property will be severely dealt with.
|
||

5.

Integrity & Sensitivity: As the end goal of all education is to help an individual become a better human being, each student is expected to act by a value system and be

a.
|
Upright in his/her dealings and not resort to unfair means like cheating in exams, plagiarizing or copying the work of others.
|
||
|
b.
|
Helpful to those around him/her be it a fellow student, an underprivileged child, an elderly person in the market or on the road or so on.
|
||
|
c.
|
Sensitive to the unspoken needs of all the constituents of the environment & safeguard them in every possible way.
